- Will my price change compared to the quoted estimate on your website? Our pricing changes based upon a few factors, but primarily due to customers selecting a service that does not meet their actual needs. As an example, a customer may have selected a house wash for a home below 2,500 square feet but their actual property size is over 3,500 square feet. In that case, a price adjustment would be communicated prior to confirmation. In addition, customers may have one of the factors that are identified to lead to higher prices on the “View More” section of each service.
- How does Kinton Pressure Washing and Cleaning determine property size? We assess your property size using publicly available data and virtually through measuring with readily available tools such as Google Earth. We can also measure once on-site. We do not argue square footage measurements.
- Can I reschedule my appointment? Yes, once we confirm your project, you can adjust the date of service to one that better reflects your availability!
