Our Curb Appeal Essentials plan is perfect for homeowners who want to keep their property looking fresh and inviting all year long—without the hassle of remembering when to schedule. This plan includes a professional house wash once per year to remove dirt, algae, and grime; dusting of patio and entryway ceilings once a year to eliminate cobwebs and buildup; and exterior window cleaning twice per year for clear, streak-free views. We also perform quarterly visits to assess your property, address any minor issues, and ensure your home’s appearance stays consistently clean between major services. With Curb Appeal Essentials, your home will always be ready to impress—season after season.
Home Comfort Package
Our Home Comfort Package is designed for busy households that want to keep their home looking beautiful and welcoming both inside and out. In addition to everything included in the Essentials plan, you’ll receive interior window cleaning twice a year, a driveway or patio cleaning once a year, and comprehensive quarterly visits where we perform light dusting, spot treatments, and check for developing issues like algae or rust. Whether you’re hosting family gatherings or simply enjoying everyday life, this plan keeps your home bright, clean, and ready for every season—without adding another task to your to-do list.
Elite Total Home Care
Our top-tier Elite Total Home Care plan delivers the ultimate in convenience, protection, and peace of mind. It includes all services from the Home Comfort Package, plus additional patio and stone surface cleanings, bi-monthly spot check visits, and unlimited stain or rust treatments as needed throughout the year. Every area of your property—from siding to windows, patios to driveways—is kept in pristine condition year-round. This plan is ideal for homeowners who want premium-level care, proactive maintenance, and a spotless home no matter the season.
Payment Options and Terms
Customers have the option to pay for the full year, with a discount, up front. Services will be scheduled from the date of first agreement. Customers also have the option to pay monthly, after a deposit is paid up front.
*Customers who cancel their monthly payments prior to the contract term ending will incur the fees for services that have already been rendered.
